Refunds are available if a scholar fails to attend or if the session experiences major technical failure.
Refund Window
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session via support@nooritalk.com.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable
Completed sessions and dissatisfaction with guidance content are not eligible for refund.
